How do customers claim a prize?

Customers provide their email (and phone number, if requested in our Pro, Pro+, or Enterprise packages). This ensures you can easily follow up with them.

Where does the data go?

All first-party data is yours. It’s securely stored on our servers and never shared with competitors or sold. You can download and use the data for future marketing, depending on the terms and conditions you’ve set for your business.

Can I connect other tracking pixels?

Yes! You can integrate your Meta pixel to track and retarget users who scan the QR code, allowing you to enhance customer engagement even further.

How do I pay for your services?

You’ll be billed monthly based on the package you’ve selected.

Can customers redeem prizes more than once?

No. After a customer fills out the form, a custom email (designed by you to reflect your brand) is sent to authenticate their email address. The email includes a one-time-use QR code linked to their prize, which can only be redeemed once.

Is my business data secure?

Yes. We use two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. Please choose a strong password and avoid sharing it. You can also invite colleagues to set up their own accounts under your business profile.

Is my business a good fit for Tonza Deals?

What proof do you have that this tool works?

For a low monthly fee (starting at $39), you can capture thousands of data points, including third-party cookies for retargeting and customer contact details for direct marketing. Can I customise the platform?

Yes! Depending on your package, you unlock more customization options. Our Pro+ package allows you to personalise everything from prize images to landing page backgrounds, add your logo, and customise calls to action, as well as the authentication and prize emails. You control your brand’s experience from start to finish.

What if I don’t have the prize a customer has won?

While our terms and conditions cover us (Tonza Deals) in this situation, your business’s custom terms should do the same. However, as per Australian Consumer Law, it’s your responsibility to provide a prize of equal or lesser value if agreed upon by the customer. We recommend offering small prizes, discounts, or value-added items to maintain sales while giving customers enough value to share their personal information. Always consider your cost of goods when setting up prizes.
